Please complete the form below to submit your abstract for consideration. Please note that our 46th Annual Meeting has been postponed to 2026. Details TBD.
Participation and Presentation Details
We welcome abstract submissions from both members and non-members. Each presenter will have 25 minutes to deliver their presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session to engage with the audience. If your presentation has multiple presenters, please submit only one abstract per presentation, listing all presenters and their affiliations. All accepted presenters must register and pay the applicable conference fee to confirm their participation in the program. 2026 conference details are TBD.
Communication and Acceptance Notification
Once your abstract is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. If you do not receive this email within three business days, please contact us via our contact form or email us at [email protected]. One of our volunteers will respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification of acceptance or decline within a few of weeks after your submission.
